By clicking “sign-in” and entering or otherwise using our Website or mobile applications (the “Website”), you agree to and accept these terms and conditions. You also agree to and accept our Privacy Practices, which describes how we use the information you provide to brokerbd and is incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference. Please read the terms and conditions carefully as you are agreeing to be bound by them.  

Brokerbd specialize in the e-commerce sector in the Bangladesh market, supplier of multiple types of Electronic, Grocery, Man & woman Clothes, Computer & Accessories, Watches Jewelry, Kids & Toys, Beauty& Health Care products, Automobile & Motorcycle, Home Decoration & Appliance and others legal products.

When you use any of the services provided by BROKERBD through the site, including yourself shall be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this T&C and shall be considered as part and parcel of this T&C. BROKERBD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice given to you. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically for updates or changes. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes will mean that YOU accept and agree to the revisions.

1. How do I Sign in from brokerd.com?

You can register by clicking on the "Sign in" button at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. In order to access the services offered by the site, USER/s shall have to create an account. The relevant information shall be required to create an account by way of providing your Name, Email or phone, Password.  

2.  Is it necessary to have a brokerbd.com account to purchase?

Yes, you need to have an account in brokerbd.com to purchase online items. We recommended having a register account. As registered customer, you have few future conveniences like fast & easy Check Out, easy access to your order history and status. Upon clicking accept and completing registration with brokerbd.com, you are entering into a binding contract with Brokerbd - a company registered in Bangladesh under the Companies Act, 1994.  

By entering the site, you affirm that you are of legal age to form legally binding contract/s, and that you are at least 18 years old or if otherwise, you are under the control of a parent or legal guardian. We hereby give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the site, for the purposes of purchasing goods and services that are available on the site, in compliance with the T&C mentioned herein. Commercial use or use on behalf of a third party is not allowed until we have expressly approved it in advance  

By entering the site, you affirm that that you are using the site's resources and transacting at your own expense and that you are using your prudent judgement before entering into any transactions. The site or Brokerbd shall not be held liable or responsible for the acts or inactions of vendors/sellers, as well as any violation of terms by you. The Brokerbd site does not make any, and specifically denies any and all duty and liability in respect of any representation, guarantee or warrantee made by any vendors and/or seller/s on the site. Brokerbd shall not serve as a mediator or arbitrator in any dispute or conflict between you and the product's sellers or suppliers or vendors.  

3. Can I have multiple registrations?  

No, you can’t have multiple accounts with same email address. Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one brokerbd.com account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and use of the services occurring under your credentials at all times  

4. Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?

Yes, you can update addresses multiple times in your Bokerbd account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.  

5. What is My Account?

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at Brokerbd. My Account allows you to track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details. An attempt to breach security of the site on any computer or mobile network or access an account that does not belong to you on the site is strictly prohibited. You shall immediately notify Brokerbd if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the services on your account. The site or Brokerbd is not liable for any technical glitches beyond the site’s control at all times.  

6.  How does the order process work?  

From Brokerbd you can select your desired products and then add them in your shopping cart. After adding the products in your cart you have to select your payment methods and give your address, delivery time. Our customer service team will call you to confirm your order and after that our delivery man will deliver the order to your door step.

All Products or services listed on the website are subject to change, as is Product information, pricing, and availability. brokerbd reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any web site feature or the sale of any Product with or without notice. You agree that Brokerbd will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any web site feature or Product. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we shall have the right, prior to the acceptance of your order to decline or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or you already paid, we will issue a refund according to the payment method you have used to pay us.  

Your receipt of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until it is shipped (or a portion of the order is shipped). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that, if we cancel all or a part of your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is that we (a) issue a refund amount charged for the canceled portion or (b) not charge your credit card or PayPal account for the canceled portion of the order.    

7.  How can I get update about my order?  

You can track your order from your user account and our delivery man will also call you after reaching at your address. You can also call our customer service team for latest update about your product delivery.

9.  What are your delivery hours?

We deliver from 10 am to 8 pm every day. You can also select your convenient time for delivering your product.  

10.  What will I do if I cannot find my desired product?

If you cannot find our desired product in our huge product list then you can suggest us for that product. We will try our level best to provide your desired product. You can mail us your product picture and also details to get your product. You can also call +01910910860 or mail us at support@brokerbd.com to add an item to our inventory.  

11.  Do you deliver during any Holiday?

Yes, we are always try to satisfy our customers and our dedicated workforce always try to keep our customers satisfy.  

12.  What about your prices?

We set our prices at the products MRP. We do not charge extra prices. Products without MRP tag will be charged based on our website price.

Unless otherwise noted, the strike-through price displayed for products on our Web site is based on the suggested retail price for the product provided to brokerbd by the manufacturer or vendor. Certain products on our site are similar - but not identical - to products sold through other retailers. For clothing items that are priced higher for larger sizes, we average the prices across sizes to determine the strike-through price. Nothing can replace your own comparison shopping, and notwithstanding the strike-through price information provided, if this is an important factor for you in your purchasing decision, we recommend you conduct your own individual research as well. 

13.  What are the modes of payment?

You can pay for your order on brokerbd.com using the following modes of payment: Cash on delivery, Credit and Debit cards (VISA / MasterCard/ AMEX) and mobile wallet (Bkash / Rocket/Nagad ).  

14.  Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on brokerbd.com?

Yes, it is safe to use your card on Brokerbd as we using https certifications. Our purchase system is totally automatic and we do not store any Bank account information on our server. Only customer basic information has been stored for customer convenience.

Moreover, we are using a secured and reliable payment gateway of Bangladesh  

15.  Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown?

Is VAT added to the invoice?   There is no VAT. All prices are same as shown in the website. If vat is applicable by govt. of Bangladesh we will charge accordingly.  

16.  What is the meaning of Cash-on-Delivery (COD)?  

If you do not prefer to make an online payment on brokerbd.com then you have an option for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on brokerbd.com. In case of COD you have to receive the invoice/money receipt form the delivery man.  

17.  If I pay by Debit card/ Credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?  

If we are not able to delivery all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded as per refund policy of  brokerbd. You can also contact our customer Service team and they will assist you in refund your money.  

18.  Where do I enter the coupon code?   Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot and payment method. On the payment method page there is a box where you can enter any e-voucher/ coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.  

19.  When will I receive my order? Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on your desired day. Normally we delivery within 24 to 72 hours.  

20.  Do you deliver in my area?

We are currently delivery in Dhaka city also nationwide.  

21.  What is the minimum or maximum order for delivery?

Minimum order delivery is Tk. 300. You can order up to Tk. 10000 in a single order for COD. If you pay in advance by debit or credit or Mobile wallet you can enjoy unlimited order facility.  

22.  Can I change my order delivery slot after placing the order?  

If the order status displays 'Awaiting Payment Confirmation', you can request to cancel or change your order requesting our Customer Support. However, if your order has been shipped before we process your request, we will not be able to cancel or change the order.

Normally delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact our customer service team and we will try our best to accommodate your request.  

23.  Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?  

No, you can only order products which are in stock. We try to ensure availability of all products on our website however due to supply chain issues sometimes this is not possible. In this case you can also place your requirement in our product request option in the category section.  

24.  How do I contact customer service?

25.  What will I do if the product is damaged?

You can return the product to our delivery man and you can pay after deducting the product amount to our delivery man.   

26.  Do you have offline stores?

No, we do not have any offline store. Brokerbd is an online based store.  

27.  Where can I find currently running offers/ promotions?  

You can easily find the running offers or promotions in a category above our category bar in our website.  

28.  I am a corporate/ business institution Can I place orders with brokerbd.com?  

Yes, we do bulk supply of products at special prices to institutions such as schools, restaurants and corporates. Please contact as at 01910910860.

29.  What are the delivery charges?  

Delivery charge is Tk. 50 (500gm) inside Dhaka city and Tk 80 (500gm) outside Dhaka city.  

30.  Are your products of high quality?  

We try to make the partnership with the best merchants available in Bangladesh. Many famous brands have already joined us, and many are yet to come! So yes, our products are of high quality.  

31.  If Any item from my order is missing, what should I do?

If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service team mentioning your order number and the name and code number of the missing item. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.  

32.  How can I search for products on your website?  

There are two ways to search for products on our website. Either you can browse through our categories option, or you can search for your product by typing the desired product name in our “Search bar".  

33.  How will I know if my payment has been successful?

Upon successful completion of placing an order, an ‘Order Confirmation’ page will be shown which has all your order details. You will also receive an Order Confirmation email to your provided email ID and you will also get a SMS. 

34.  What type of cards do you except?  

Any valid Visa, American Express, MasterCard from any bank will work. Any valid MasterCard, Visa card from any country can be processed.  

35.  Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on brroker.com?

There are absolutely no hidden cost except the delivery charge when you make a purchase with Brokerbd. Our delivery charge is Tk. 50. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item. Bags weighing more than 01 kilograms will be charged at a rate up to 20 tk. per kg. These charges are in addition to any charge assessed for additional.  

36.  What is your sourcing?

We have contact with wholesalers, manufacturers and importers. We ensure the quality product.
